Thank you so much for shopping small! I hope you love your JoCo Candle(s) as much as I love making them! All candles are hand crafted and the majority are made-to-order so here is some information about delivery and returns to help you.

When will my order arrive?

The majority of JoCo candles are lovingly handmade-to-order so your candle(s) will be shipped 5-7 working days after you place your order. During this time I will be delicately applying flowers and foliage to the glass, melting wax, blending fragrances and wrapping your order with care. Find out more about the process here.

For wedding bouquet preservation orders, shipping times are up to four weeks to give the flowers plenty time to be dried.

As a small business, all orders are shipped with Royal Mail. You can choose your delivery option at checkout and choosing a tracked option is advisable so you can check the status of your delivery. Royal Mail First and Second class options are sent untracked so once dispatched no further shipping status can be provided.

Bridal bouquet preservation orders are automatically upgraded to Signed For delivery even if you select untracked shipping, however again tracked shipping is advised so your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Please bear in mind that as I am a sole trader, sometimes shipping times are delayed due to personal reasons e.g. illness or family emergencies. In these instances I contact the customer to make them aware at the earliest opportunity. As a small business, I really appreciate your patience when ordering and recommend placing an order as early as possible if it’s for a gift. I promise your candles will be worth the wait!

Do you ship internationally?

JoCo Candles is insured to ship worldwide, excluding the United States. Just select the Royal Mail shipping method at checkout. International orders may take some time to arrive due to going through customs. Tracked International shipping is advised for a speedier and more reliable delivery. If you order from the United States unfortunately your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

I live locally, can I collect my candle?

If you don’t want to pay for postage and would prefer to collect your order from OX17, please select this option at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to collect. Once you’ve received this, please get in touch via email with your order number to arrange a collection time.

Cancelling your order and returns policy.

If your order is delayed in shipping I unfortunately cannot offer a replacement or refund until an appropriate time period has passed. This is because Royal Mail very rarely lose parcels so they do always get to the customer even if delayed.

If you are not happy with your order, please get in touch with pictures within 14 days of delivery and dispatch the items back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible. Pictures of the damage as well as how the box arrived is required to arrange a refund or replacement.

If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of purchase.

Unless damaged or defective, unfortunately refunds for custom orders/bridal bouquet preservation orders are not available.
